This is just the tip of the iceberg and hopefully a way to give practical examples rather then high level waffle, that doesn't translate very well! 

The main message here is that using all manner of technology and tools, there are so many ways to take what you currently have that might be making your life difficult and develop simple tools to give you the information you need quickly and make your day run more smoothly.
