A bit about me, I am:

• Leanne Morton, the Director of Down to Earth.
• I live barefoot on 40 acres with horses, cows, labradors, chickens and rolling hills in Mission Beach, QLD

• Designed and project managed the build of our new home (partner is a carpenter) on our land with modern off grid living in Far North Qld.

• Having originally, grown up in rural New Zealand. I lived in many cities throughout Australasia, travelled through South East Asia.

• Now have perfect balance, connected to nature but with great WIFI and technology, a seamless portal to business owners Australia wide.​

• The name says it all, I am very down to earth, no pretenses, no ego, no judgement, just professional, kind and solution focused, I'm here to help make your life easier, that is my purpose.

• I say no thanks to the old stale corporate number crunching business and finance model and environment and yes to innovative, flexible, modern balanced ways of approaching work and life.

• I say yes to success but that includes family, balance and joy in all areas.

• Aside from having all these lovely warm fuzzy feels, I have what is probably more important to you right now, the depth of experience to back it all up and the tools to help you.

• I love transforming business, and numbers have always made sense to me. I have worked in so many industries, with so many managers and  have witnessed the best of efficiency and helped to transform the worst.

• I have a great passion for bringing calm to chaos and improving businesses and in turn, peoples wellbeing in the process.

• I can jump right in and see you and help you on screen anywhere in Australia and we can work out if I can add value to your specific needs or not.
